The last 2 days my (2week old) verse isn’t registrating the km. Yesterday it was 0.02km but I had around 9000steps. Today it shows 0.00km. What is wrong? How can i fix it?

@AnnSmedts  Check that stride (mobile app > account > advanced settings > stride) is not mysteriously set to zero. Most likely it is ok, but always good to check. Next, reset your Versa and see if it clears this error... (https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1186)

@AnnSmedts-- It is not clear from your message but do you means specifically on the Versa itself or also on the app? If you mean the Versa: have you checked the mobile app and/or the dashboard on fitbit.com to see that the figures are correct there? Have you changed the clockface recently? Some clockfaces may be buggy. Where exactly do you see the erroneous amount of km

Thanks for your reaction. On my versa and on my phone both. Just 0.0 km, like the photo. 7539D749-58B7-4CB1-9BBD-C6ECC3B41D76.png
