Versa isn't saving my music

UGH! Every time I add a song to my Versa it tells me transfer complete. But when end the transfer all my music deletes and then I have to download my playlist all over again! Robot Mad

It's great to see you around @jakmusjak.

 

If you are having issues saving music in your Versa, I recommend restarting it by doing the following:

  1. Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.

 

Also, make sure that you are following the instructions provide in the help article How do I listen to music and podcasts on my Fitbit watch? to transfer your music.
