I had been getting email, texts and other notifications after the watch updated about 2 months ago, but has now stopped sending any and as of the last 3 days it has also stopped syncing or showing any steps, workouts or sleep on me dashboard.
I have had so many problems since I got this watch, I upgraded from a Surge which I only had half this many issues with. I should know better than to preorder any Fitbit products before reading reviews on all the issues that people have with it. Actually, I will never order another fitbit product again, I'll use products that are more reliable but since this watch is just over a year old and for the price I paid for it, I need to keep it for a while.
Any help to get this thing working correctly again would be greatly appreciated.

Hi, do you have the latest version of the Fitbit app on your mobile device? If not, update it and restart your phone and see if this solves your problems. If yes, the try this:
1. Do not remove or unpair your Versa from the Fitbit app during this procedure.
2. Deinstall the Fitbit app
3. Restart your phone
4. Reinstall Fitbit app again
5. Restart your phone again and sync with the Versa (of course with BT enabled on your phone).

To add to the above helpful solutions, I would like you to check the Always Connected option in the app if it's toggled ON or OFF.

Open the app, click on your watch icon in the upper right corner. Scroll down to the last option, that's always connected.

When you click your watch icon, the 3rd option is notifications (1st under General). Click it and make the necessary arrangements if you haven't already.
