Versa isn't showing information in Today option

All was working for a few months then yesterday I was unable to swipe up on the Versa watch to show my "Today" screen. Still won't do it! I can swipe to the left & show the tiles & down to show notifications & the watch screen is OK, but not the today info. Please help, any suggestions?

Try restarting your Versa a few times and see if that fixes it. If not try a factory reset (settings app on the watch and scroll down to About). If that doesnt help either younwill need to contact Support (link in my signature). Let us know how you go
