Versa isn't showing my clock face

I have had a clock face from Lignite since I got my new Fitbit and have had no issues. Now today, it says "please allow the health activity permission to use this clock face" and I have no clock face. I don't know how to fix this. Can anyone help me please?

Have you tried to restart your watch? If you haven't, I recommend restarting it by doing the following:

  1. Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.

Hi

It did not correct the issue. I had tried to restart my watch. I did contact the company for the watch face and they said to change the face and then install mine again. This did work.

I am having the same issue. I have restarted my watch, tried reinstalling a different face which installation fails and my watch is still having issues.
