I have turned off my phone, updated the app and tried to reset my watch! But my watch is still 2 hours behined and has my steps from yesterday! It no longer records my sleep and the fitbit app isn't recording/showing me anything but calories burned!!! (from yesterday) I have only had my fitbit for a couple of weeks and this is really annoying and incoveniant!!

Hi there, @abi-g. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa before reaching out. I understand how annoying this can be.
It sounds like your Versa is no longer paired to your Fitbit account. Hence all the issues you described.
Keep in mind that your Versa may show an incorrect time if it hasn't synced or has been unpaired from your Fitbit account. Your Fitbit grabs the time of the device you're syncing with. To make sure your watch is still paired, go to your Fitbit account, tap the Today tab > your profile picture > your device image.
If you don't see the image of your Versa, is because it could've been unpaired. So, please try setting it up once again to solve the time and syncing difficulties. For more information, see How do I set up my Fitbit device?
On a side note, if you continue having syncing difficulties after following the steps above, see Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
