My husband bought me the Versa watch for my birthday less than 2 weeks ago to replace my Flex2 so I didn’t have to wear it and a watch at same time. Was so excited, until the last several days both IPhone & IPad do not sync, record steps or sleep tracking. We have done everything suggested in Help, Forums, etc. to no avail. What a complete disappointment! So frustrated, to say the least! This will now have been my 3rd Fitbit device (1st was the Flex (?), then Flex2 since it’s “waterproof”, now the Versa - which all 3 were BD presents from him). Guess I’m just going to have to return this Versa watch and go back to my Flex 2 and wear along with my watch I put away. What a darn shame Fitbit cannot fix this issue! :o(

Hey @Mmgonzo, it is great to see you around more often! I appreciate you have taken the time to review the tips on out help article, to sync your Versa. Let me ask you this, have you tried to sync with a computer? If you haven't, I'd like you to try that out. You can take a look at this help article: How do Fitbit devices sync their data? If you have questions about it. Also, if you want to try to sync with your iOS app, I suggest you to update it to the latest version. Follow these instructions to do so:
If your apps update automatically, check the Updated list to see if the Fitbit app was updated.
Let me know how it goes!

As of today I can’t sync my Fitbit using my iPhone 8 Plus or my IPad. The last time the device synced was Thursday AM. Message on iPad saying no internet connection but my iPad is connected to the internet. On phone no message given.
First I thought the issue was related to the latest app update but not so ,it stopped syncing yesterday and I did the app update today.
Please advise . Thanks

The Fitbit Versa is now syncing again using the phone and iPad . I’m not sure what corrected the issue. I did poweroff the phone,iPad and Versa and turned off Bluetooth and then turned everything back on. It took a while for the devices to find the Versa but once it did syncing started working again.

Just did all of that, powering off, etc. Still not syncing on Iphone or IPad. Returning it today. Frustration level has gone off the charts! What a shame!!

I did all that was suggested over and over. Still did not work. Returned it and got an IPhone watch (Series 3) for about $30 more. No problems with it so far. Note: I still had my Flex2 Fitbit, which I am now using again. I hope some day the Versa gets all the bugs fixed. Was a nice looking watch and great idea!

I have done everything to get the Versa to work. I received this as a Christmas Present. What a disappointment, not even six months old. The Versa will not pick up blue tooth or WiFi. It started with the watch loosing time. Any suggestions?
