Versa isn't syncing

I've read the other related topics but have found nothing that has fixed my synchronization issues. I've rebooted, uninstalled/reinstalled the app, unpaired from phone, rebooted phone OMG... this Fitbit has frustrated me to no end. What in the world is the problem? I've had a Charge, Charge 2, Blaze  and now Versa. I'm seriously considering moving on to another company... the syncing issues are just too frequent. Is anyone experiencing the same or have a suggestion I haven't tried?

Thanks for troubleshooting this issue by yourself. Could you please confirm that your phone is a compatible mobile device by checking our list here? Something that helps me to sync my Versa, is to make sure I have internet connection, Bluetooth on and location on. You can try this, maybe it works for you too.
