Versa isn’t tracking accurately steps or sleep

I just upgraded my Fitbit Charge 2 to the Special Edition Versa. I’m a little disappointed. I loved my Charge 2 but I feel as though the Versa isn’t tracking accurately. Steps or Sleep. I never had this problem with my Charge 2. Anyone have feedback. I'm feeling a little disappointed and really want the full Versa experience as Fitbit has certainly saved and changed my life.

A warm welcome to the Community @SunsetRunner.

 

If your watch isn't tracking accurately your steps and sleep, I recommend restarting it by doing the following:

  1. Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.

 

After restarting your Versa, test it and let me know how it goes. Smiley Happy

I notice when I go to the grocery store that my versa doesn't track accurately.
