Anyone else having issues with their Versa not recognizing active minutes? Been walking for over 15 minutes and not activity minutes are being recognized.

@iloveladybugs4 welcome to our Fitbit Community! By the way, I'm sorry for the late response. However, I would like to follow up on the issues that your Versa is experiencing since it's not tracking your active minutes.
If the issue persists, please restart your Versa as described in this help article. After this, check out this help article which explains how you earn active minutes with your Fitbit watch. Finally, monitor your Versa and see if it tracks your active minutes properly.
