Versa isn't tracking my exercise in my daily exercise

Usually after I'm done working out it says that I completed a day of exercise and now all of a sudden it's not and when I try to enter it manually it says the date is in the future and will not accept it. What can I do to get my exercising to track properly in the part where it says the number of days worked out?

Hi @smeyer2784. Welcome to the Community Forums. I'm sorry for the delay.

Thanks for letting me know that your exercises aren't logging correctly, let me help you with this. While it's odd that you're a message about logging in a future date, could you please verify if the correct time zone is set in the Fitbit app? For instructions, check this help article.

If after doing that you're still unable to log your exercises, I'd recommend to try the following steps:

  1. Log out from the Fitbit app.
  2. Verify if the Fitbit app is updated to the latest version.
  3. Force quit the Fitbit app:

For iOS mobile, see this article.

For Android mobile, see this article.

  4. Reboot your phone.

  5. Log back in to your account.

  6. Try manually logging your exercise or syncing your watch if you track one with the exercise app.

Let me know how it goes.
