What is going on with the sleep tracker all of a sudden? The Versa was tracking my sleep wonderfully until about a week or two ago. Now it either doesn't track or says I've been up for hours during the night, which I know isn't correct. My Samsung Gear 2 never had this problem. Was there an update that I wasn't aware of that's messed this up? I'm about to send this watch back and go with another brand. This was a big part as to why I bought this. Nothing has changed in how I've been wearing it. What's happened? Anyone else experiencing this?

The same thing is happening to me. I have talked with Fitbit numerous times and they only tell me things I have already tried. Useless!
The new Versa2 only has 1 button.

Thanks Loucalmille
I tried wearing in higher on my wrist and it did work last night. A total of 3 fingers above the wrist bone. Will try again tonight and see. Here's hoping
