Versa isn't turning on

My Versa isn’t coming in at all. I have charged it, held all the buttons down for longer than 10 seconds also the green sensors are not lighting up on the back.

Hi, since the actions you've already done to get the Versa up and running again, I would advice you to contact Customer Support about your problem.
