Versa isn't turning on

Hi my Versa was getting flat so I put it on charge and it is not turning on could it be something wrong with the watch or charger?/

I am having the exact same issue. I even went and bought a new charger yesterday and charged it all night long.......NOTIING.  I have tried all the reset options to bring it back to life and it’s dead. It won’t turn in and no lights on the back of the watch.

same the light on the back of mine aren't on

I am having same issue.. Ive tried to restart and all the tricks on the forum but nothing is helping. I tried calling customer support and can't get through. My app says battery is dead but I never let it go below 40%. Have a big hiking trip this weekend so I am frustrated.

I just tried the second time to do the resets and nothing is working.  Now I notice on the back of the Versa, the 4 "windows" above the charging dots, one is solid white.  Not sure it's always been that way.  Is your Versa like that on the back?

No they are all dark. Earlier today the 3rd window flickered green for a
half second a couple of times..but now nothing

If it’s been less than a year since you got it I’d get in touch with Fitbit
immediately. I am over a year and they are not offering 25% off a product
that isn’t my Versa.
