My vibration, as well, is not working whenever I receive a message. My watch still vibrates when I set an alarm or get a phone call, but it just won’t vibrate when I get a message. I have the Fitbit Versa and just bought it today. I checked to make sure that the notifications for text messages is on and it is. I can only see my messages when I swipe down on my watch and also hold the button. I have restarted it and also disconnected and connected again but it still won’t vibrate.
If anyone has a resolution plz let me know ASAP.
Thank you!

Best AnswerIt turns out, on iPhones, you can’t have the moon on, or have sleep mode on, if you want it to vibrate on your watch. When I turned off the moon it started to work again.
Thank you for your suggestions!
@MarissaCR Make sure the Notifications are ON on your Versa. Press and hold the left button to access the quick menu. Set the Notifications there to ON. Also, try rebooting your Versa several times by pressing and holding the left and bottom right buttons until Fitbit logo flashes.
Thank you,
but I tried it and it didn’t vibrate. My notifications were on and rebooted it
thank you for your response.
Best Answer@MarissaCR Does it work now? You can also try switching Vibrations between Normal and Strong setting. To do that open Settings on your Versa and scroll down to Vibrations. Tap it several times to toggle. Then, reboot your Versa several times (3 times in a row). I would like to avoid factory reset for now, but that would be the next step.
