My Versa is getting notifications, but it doesn’t vibrate or alert when it receives one. Any ideas?

Try a restart. Do it at least 3 times.

Hi Wendy, thanks for the advice. I had tried a single restart a few days ago with no success. I just did 4 individual restarts and sent a test text. Both my phone and versa received the text, but the versa didn’t buzz or light up. App is current. Versa is version 32.32.10.15. Using an iPhone.
