I see a large amount of people in the Community complaining about faults with the Fitbit Versa but Fitbit seems to be doing nothing about it when you pay nearly £200 for a device you expect it to work or if not fixes issued quickly. Come on Fitbit, stop fobbing us of with excuses and get it fixed.
I have previously owned a Charge and a Blaze with no problems, but up to now I would not recommend a Versa to anyone. Come Fitbit get your finger out before you loose faith in your loyal customers. I am not going to hold out much longer for a fix or a recall, the new apple watch is on its way and is looking like a replacement for the faulty Versa out there.

It's great to see you around @andy_glass.
I appreciate the feedback provided and would like to know which issue are you experiencing with your watch? Could you please be more specific so I can better assist you?
Hope to hear from you soon. ![]()

I have already contacted customer service about the issues and got long winded cop out statements
Active minutes over counting
steps over counting
heart rate over reading
and I have rest it
wore it in different positions
calibrated it with a blaze
and it is always miles out
