Do not buy this product. Though it boasts with many functions, it cannot last longer than over a year. My old Fitbit charge 2 is more than 3 years now and still working perfectly

  • My Fitbit has stopped also after a year.. I keep trying to reset it but. Nothing works

You have done really well.  I bought my Versa about 15months ago and am about to report it is broken for the 4 possibly 5th time.  I do keep getting replacemenmts but that ios not the point!  I have paid a lot of money for a peice of inferior equipment.  I have previuosly had an Alta & a Blaze with no issues.

 

Can see why they don't have aproper complaints procedure!!

My Versa, received before they went on sale, is still going strong with my brother. 

My Versa light is still going strong with my other brother. 

My inspire is working fine for my mother. 

My Alysa HR is being enjoyed by my sister. 

My Niece is having fun with my Charge 2. 

My Versa 2 has had no issues. 

The Charge 3 which is my favorite gets added to my account once in a while. 

 

I don't understand how many many people have almost no issues, some still using their 7 year old units, but the few can't keep their trackers working for 3 months.
