Hello, i have a Fitbit Versa and yesterday it turned off, it's not turning on i left ot on charge for a few hours and i tried resetting it as per instructions of previous people who had this problem.

Go to the Fitbit Support page on Twitter.  I've done it a few times, and their response time is very quick and helpful.  Good luck.
