My Versa just fell apart with normal use. It is in two pieces. The only thing Fitbit can do is give me 25% off on an upgrade to Ionic. That would cost another $160.......not a good solution. When I said I didn't want that, there was no help. Apparently, the 1 year warranty is only for the software, nothing else. I've had this device for 6 months. As a 6-7 year user, I'm done with Fitbit. For total coverage, one needs to buy the EXTENDED warranty for $54. Everyone needs to know this...

Sorry for your loss. A normal company would send you a new one but not this one. 6 months is way longer than many other got.

Not sure what happened but most warranties do not cover physical damage caused by mistreatment. What does the front of the piece look like?
My thought would be to ask that your case gets esculated @suesfineart.
