Versa just stopped working and won't respond to reset

My versa stopped working randomly. I bought a new charger thinking that was the reason and still won't turn on. Last it synced my battery said 70%. The logo does not appear when I hold the buttons.. wondering what else to do as I have taken very good care of the watch and it shouldn't have any issues otherwise

I'm having the same thing--sort of. Clock face disappears when I still have 70% battery left. And my battery doesn't even last 24 hours--never mind 4 days. I have a Versa, and it's less than a year old.

 

Saw in the help forum that turning of the all-day sync function is supposed to help, but I can't seem to find the toggle. Also, one of the Fitbit reps said that shouldn't even be necessary. So I'm confused and annoyed, lol.

The all day sync toggle was removed awhile back. We have been turning off the Bluetooth on our phones to keep the watch from connecting to the app- it lasts for days instead of hours. It shouldn’t be necessary, but Fitbit has failed to own up to the problem and provide support for its customers.
