Versa just won't turn on

My Fitbit just stopped working out of the blue. Tried charging and switch on. Nothing happened? What should I do?

Have you tried restarting it by pressing and holding the left button and bottom right button together for 15 secs (until you see the fitbit logo)?

Hey guys! @HSel and @Superman1506, welcome to the Community! 

 

Did you try to restart your Versa as @N8teGee previously suggested you? If you haven't, please give it a try and also, please let me know if it is charging when you plug it into the charging cable.

Hi I have pressed the left hand button and the bottom right hand button together but no Fitbit icon comes up only a whitish screen with a few horizontal lines in the middle which disappear after about 10 seconds.

Mine just went black too. Tried the reset but nothing!

Hi, I did try to restart it but it didnt work. I even charged it but nothing came on the screen. Just black screen

Seems to be a worldwide issue and a huge problem because mine has been dead for 3 months.. I contacted fit bit and when I told them where I purchased it they will no longer help or assist me..

I've noticed the same thing and just sent a message to support. It won't turn on and restarting doesn't do anything.

I contacted support, via online chat. They could not get it to turn on either. Since mine is under warranty they are sending a replacement.

Hi I contacted the helpline and after a conversation about my query they asked me to send a photo of my Versa screen after I had tried to reset it. They are now sending me a replacement which I hope will last longer than my old one which was 5 months old.

My screen has also went black. I have tried restarting it and nothing shows up I have tried charging it but nothing works there either... what do I need to do? I really enjoyed this watch and would like to get this fixed if possible.

Mine lasted about that long and I hope my replacement lasts longer than 4-5 months.
