Please can someone help me with my Versa. It was playing up for months, I used to shut it down and restart which usually worked but after more issues I pressed the factory reset and now it was completely dead. I contacted fitbit numerous times and I was given a replacement, but after only a short while it is all happening again.,pressed factory reset, now its dead like my original one.

Hi @kazza5, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! Regarding the unresponsive screen issue that your replacement Versa experienced, I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via email. I'm glad to hear that a solution was provided.
