Constant problems with the Versa! My versa had to be replaced because the tracker was no longer working. About 6 months later the new versa reboots dozens of times each day on its own. I'm really frustrated. Has anyone had this problem and been able to resolve it? I love having a smartwatch but am about done with Fitbit if they don't do a better job of standing behind their products. It seems a $200 watch should last more than about 6 months. I've spent over an hour and a half with customer service today. This is ridiculous!!

I was having the exact same issue. I tried contacting Fitbit but have received no reply after days. Now my Fitbit has crashed and will not turn on again!!! I'm really frustrated as well. And I miss pebble!
