My versa will not stop doing a hard reset over and over all day long. This has been going on since the last update. I have tried removing it from my account and re-adding it. No difference. I have tried the hard reset, nothing. I’m about to take it back and get a Apple Watch. This is very frustrating.

I had the same issue with mine last week. Tried all the problem solving solution's suggested by Fitbit Rep. Nothing helped. They sent me another one to replace mine since it was still under warranty. After two whole days, my replacement wasn't syncing the apps so it was draining my battery.
I did a factory reset to see if that would help. Now it won't even turn on. Very frustrating!!!

I also followed all of their troubleshooting directions with no resolution. They said my Fitbit was out of warranty and offered me 40% off a new one. NO THANKS!! I will not waste my money on another one of their products. It was the update that caused the issue. I replaced the Versa with an Apple Watch yesterday and will be recommending everyone else do the same. It’s unfortunate because I have had a Fitbit since 2013. Good luck with yours.
