My Fitbit Versa had been restarting and getting non-responsive since around a month ago. More specifically since then, it had been restarting maybe a few hours apart. Then recently it had been restarting more frequently until the screen become unresponsive to touches, which require it to be restarted manually by pressing the left and bottom right buttons to activate the screen again. Then it would continue on a restarting routine again.
This was OK as it was not interrupting with my workout until 2 weeks ago it restarted in the middle of my workout at which I have to restart another session all over again, even though the previous workout was saved.
My firmware is 32.70.7.14. I could'n not recall when was it updated but don't know whether the firmware has anything to do with it. I've tried factory setting it a few times and even reinstalling the app on my phone.
Any help is appreciated.

I am also having this same issue. Can you clarify what the steps in possibly correcting it are? I have also reset my fitbit versa repeatedly and the issue has not gone away.
