My Fitbit Versa was given to me as a gift 10 months ago, and I never had any issues with it until recently. For the last two weeks, my Versa has been shutting off constantly, which is extremely inconvenient and frustrating. My touch screen hasn’t been reliable since this started happening, preventing me from scrolling/tapping, etc. It’s been syncing well with my iPhone, so there are no problems there. But I’ve tried restarting it myself, a factory reset, etc., and nothing has changed. It’s not a battery problem, as the battery life hasn’t changed and it happens whether fully charged or not. I have the most recent update as well. The watch still looks brand new, and yet it’s already stopped functioning properly! I’ve recommended this watch to many people since I’ve had it, and now I feel like that was bad advice. For a watch that is supposed to function for certain things, and I can’t rely on it to work, this is extremely disappointing.
Is there anything I haven’t tried? What are my options here? Am I just stuck out of luck?
