Is it actually turning off or is it restarting? Several people here on the forum have been having problems with the Versa restarting on its own. I too was having the same problem. I actually did a factory reset and I only use a Fitbit developed watch face. It's been mentioned in other post that watch faces developed by others may have some bugs in them. Since I factory reset my Versa last night and have only been using Fitbit developed watch faces, I have had no problems with the Versa restarting itself on its own. The watch face I was using when my Versa was restarting itself was SpaceX. Somebody else posted that they were using SpaceX also and their Versa was restarting on its own.
Best AnswerI am going through round two with this issue. The first time I was using a clock face by someone other than Fitbit. It worked fine for a week and then it would shut down completely every time the watch shut off. I couldn't even track exercise because I would start the timer, the face would shut off 5 seconds later and when it rebooted, I was back at the watch face and my time exercise time was gone. I did the whole erase everything, restart and only use a Fitbit made watch face and that worked for a week and now I am back to it shutting down every time the face shuts off. I did the erase and set up twice this morning and it is not fixing the issue this time. I love having my Fitbit but this is a deal breaker. I am calling customer service and I hope for their sake (as a company) and mine (as a consumer who really finds this product useful when working properly) they can help me.
Best AnswerI was concerned this morning as mine shut off again having worked since going back to the default clock face. There was a software update for the versa and since then it hasn't shut off again.
