Versa keeps turn on and doing own thing

My Versa keeps turning on the screen, even though the setting is turned off, and then it's selecting/doing it's own thing. E.g. starting/pausing 20 times in 4 seconds my workout while vibrating loads. Or it gets stuck between screens and won't respond or turns off and on several times for no reason. Etc on other bits to. I've done a master reset a few times wuth no joy. 

Maybe it's got water logged in it? But it's water proof. Not sure. Can I get a replacement somehow coz I'm getting p off with it keep doing this day or night. (And waking me up in the night)

Hi @Sonicbm77, I know that the Versa is waterproof, but I think you may be on to something with water somehow getting into the watch face and corrupting it.  Have you tried drying it out with white rice?  My sister did this when she dropped her non-waterproof phone into a lake and it worked miracles after having been left in the rice for a few hours.

Short of that, it may also be a defective watch.  If the rice doesn't work, I would suggest contacting Support to see what they have to say.  You can find the link at the bottom of the page.

Many thanks. Yes it looks like the watch has gone to voodoo land and become a demon. Lol.

I am in talks with fitbit support and they are making a decision as i only brought the watch in September 2018 so I'm hoping to get a replacement. 🤞
