Versa keeps turning on and off

My Versa keeps turning on and off it has over 50% charge and I can't get the screen to work to reset it as it won't stay on long enough! For awhile I couldn't even to get my touch screen to work at all! Now Screen is black but the heart rate monitor is flashing green. Please help!

I appreciate your efforts and the additional details. I recommend trying to do a factory reset. Please note that you'll need to reinstall any apps on your device after the reset, and if you couldn’t sync your device, then any data on the Fitbit device will be lost. In order to do the factory reset, please do the following:

 

  1. On the watch, hold all three buttons for about 10 to 12 seconds.
  2. When the Fitbit logo disappears, quickly release the bottom right button, continuing to hold down the left and top right buttons (releasing the bottom right button as soon as the logo disappears is time sensitive). 
  3. When the device vibrates, release all buttons. 
  4. Wait for approximately 1-2 minutes while the device clears all data. Eventually, the Fitbit logo appears and the device boots and displays Fitbit.com/setup.

Once the Fitbit.com/setup screen appears, set up the watch back to your account.

 

Keep me posted on the outcome.

Wow, it's exactly right to me. I'm stuck with many Vibration when it auto turn on/off. Very annoyed with this 😡😡

  1. Restart the device: How do I restart my Fitbit device?
  2. Change a clock face: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?

The screen has now gone black but the heart rate light is still flashing
green.i have let it go flat then charged it fully and it is still black.
Its under year old so I'm going to have to take it back to where I brought
it

Omg thank you I had tried the reset with all 3 buttons but none said about
the sequence of letting it go it has come on I'm just hoping it stays on.
