Versa keeps turning on from exercise to notifications

My versa is going from running then switching to notifications then going to shortcuts without any buttons being pushed. It happens every 30 to 60 seconds. I have to leave it uncharted or else it just continues to vibrate. Any suggestions? I just recently updated the software because I thought that was the issue but it didn't help.

Hi, @Cbaase , it is a little unclear from your post what is happening.  I am not sure what you mean by “leaving it uncharted”.  I would suggest going to your notifications area and choosing “clear notifications” to stop getting old notifications.

Also, whenever your Fitbit is not performing as expected it is a good idea to give it a restart

Sorry I mean I am leaving it uncharged. Because it's doing actions without me pressing any buttons. It has been re started over 5 times now with no luck.
