Versa keeps vibrating after the firmware update

After the firmware update my fitbit keeps vibrating during a workout. I see a lot of other posts with different models that have the same issue - the thing keeps vibrating. I don't know if it has to do with zone minutes or what but I turned off all notifications and it still keeps vibrating. Any ideas?

@Hoder In each workout mode, you have to go in settings and turn off zone notifications. After the update, zone notifications are on be default.
