I'm to the point where as I think Versa should be in beta testing... I've tried downloading the new firmware a minimum of 10 times and all I get is update failed... I've updated the OS,uninstalled the Versa and reinstalled it.. All the bluetooth peripherals other than the Versa are turned off and still nothing... Versa is shown in bluetooth as being paired... I've turned off Versa and restarted it, you would think once Versa is reinstalled the new firmware would install automatically

Hi there i think that you haven't connected your watch manually to WIFI. So to overcome such issue you need to follow my given steps:-
1.Press back button and lower right button for restart at a time and hold it till you see FITBIT logo.
2.Logout of your FITBIT app and restart your device's BLUETOOTH then log in again.
3. Now first of all SYNC your VERSA.
4. Open your VERSA's configuration page in APP and search for WIFI SETTINGS and setup your Home WIFI i.e. connecting Versa to your WIFI manually.
5.Proceed with same steps for FIRMWARE UPGRADE.
