Versa left button not working but top right is

after recent update to 32.72.1.15 my Versa now functions differentl. The left button does not work but the top right button appears to now have the same function of the main left button. Problem is when you  choose a function you cannot get out of it. I tried to set an alarm but it of lets me set the alarm time and then I am stuck there in the alarm set position and cannot return or save  unless I power off and can only do that by holding down the two right buttons. Have uninstalled app twice factory reset versa twice but still have same problems. Can get into an app on phone such as excercise but cannot get out without powering off

Others have reported a left button not working also, check on recent posts.

Not sure if this is a firmware or hardware issue but you can check out your watch carefully to see if the button has got stuck in [no click response] or is blocked with dirt [not moving].
