Versa light...can't get my charged to plug in

Is anyone else having trouble getting their charge to plug into the computer?  I've tried several computers at work and it's like the plug won't fit into the port.  Not sure what to do.

Did it ever plug in?  Be very careful with a USB connection, I've been involved with computers since they first appeared and I still sometime try the USB plug upside down.

I did get it plugged in a few times to charge but it's always been a struggle to get it to plug in.  I am actually forcing it into the hole.  I tried on several computers and I had a co-worker try on 2 computers as well. I finally after a lot of force got it plugged in and am leaving it plugged in until they send me a replacement charger.
