Versa light stuck with red cross

I have had it less than a month and its stuck in a screen with a red cross that says data not cleared sync and try again. I have tried everything like un pair, reset and its not working

As I wrote when you get a Red Cross, it often shows that memory is broken and no longer works.
So presumably dead is

Its now saying data not cleared sync and try again. Syncing it does nothing. It is syncing to app
