Versa light won’t notify 10 minutes before the hour anymore

Versa light won’t notify 10 minutes before the hour anymore versa light used to Vibrate 10 minutes before the hour to let me know to finish getting my 250 steps in. Using an iPhone 6.

If you have already looked at this, sorry, but you didn't say if you had.

• In the mobile app Today screen tap on the account icon at the top left
• On the account screen, tap on you device's tile
• On the Versa Lite screen check that "Reminders to Move" is set to "On". 
• If set to "Off" tap on the tile and turn "Reminders to Move" on and set the Start and End Times for the service.

Thank you I did try but it was already on. I also tried turning it off and back on and that didn’t work either.
