Versa lilac woven band.

I’ve been on to Fitbit support today as the band is splitting in half. They won’t replace it as they said there should be a Fitbit logo on the bond or clasp, which I can’t see anywhere. I bought it from Argos, so it is definitely original. Anyone know where it is on the woven lilac band? Thanks

Have you tried a magnifying glass or your cell phone's camera magnification to see it? If so, try posting a picture of it here.

Thank you. Mine is woven, so no logo on it. I’ve tried the clasp as well, but nothing.

I think I would ask support where exactly is the Fitbit icon on the woven bands. 

I can not find it on the hey woven band
