Versa limited edition right buttons not working

Hello

 

I just bought my first Versa yesterday and loving it so far. The only thing concerning me is that the top and bottom buttons don’t initiate the apps from that corner on the screen. 

 

The top right button does show my notifications when I press it long. But doesn’t do anything when I press it short. Bottom button doesn’t do anything.

 

I have found similar posts on this topic, tried all kinds of actions such as pressing and holding all 3 buttons at the same time, to reboot but still nothing. 

 

Anyone who can help me fix this? As it’s quite expensive I’d like all things/functions to actually work.

Take it back to retail as faulty either for refund or replace. Don't forget to do a full erase to remove your details. Far easier than trying to get answers off & from here & a lot easier than even attempting to get FitBit tech support to help you. You are welcome.
