I noticed my versa was losing time. I tried to sync with no success.
reinstalled the app and reset factory settings, now my phone won’t even see my versa
i feel so frustrated over the years this will be my Forth Fitbit model watch as all the rest were replaced / upgraded due to faults

I’m having the same issue, losing time , unable to sync as versa “cannot be found”. please keep me posted i f you get a solution. I’ll do likewise
