Versa lite Dieing after one day after recharge

Hi all,

 

I have had my versa lite for about 2 years now and recently noticed that it would die after recharge session in one day. It appeara to be a battery issue, the recharge would only go up to 99% which is the first time i have seen this generally wouks be 100% also felt very hot. I have tried to factory reset and update but still having the same issue recharged to 99% dead in one day. Can anyone please help?

Seems like this is a common issue. Possibly due to a recent update, if it was working before.

In which case its probably best to inform Fitbit Support directly. They may be able to help you.
