Versa lite and phone don't sync after software update

I have an LG V20 and after struggling with syncing it with my watch in the beginning, it started to work well.

Today I updated the software, and since then they don't sync anymore unless I restart the phone - just like in the beginning.

I'm not sure hat software was updated but you might want to remove tye fitbit app, shutsiwn phone. The install a fresh copy of fitbit once the phone has started.

Thank you for trying to help. Did what you said but it didn't work. I don't know what was done with the compatibility to my phone but it's back to not working the way it did in the beginning, before I complained here with this issue. I was given also back then some instructions on what to do, which didn't work. But after a short while, the sync problem disappeared. Now, again.

Getting extremely frustrated with fitbit. Doubt I'll ever purchase it again...
