Versa lite black screen

I purchased my Versa Lite July 15/ 2020 and today September 29/2020 I was at work and the screen just went black, it's still working cause it still vibrates when there is a notification and it is still syncing with the app as my steps keep going up. It eventually came back on, but then a couple hours later it went black again. Got home, went into the app and there was a software update needed, so I did the update. Still black screen. Husband searched YouTube for some help... tried them and still just a black screen?!?!

Update on my end: emailed support about it and did the 10 second power down and now my watch won’t turn back on. If it does, it’ll vibrate, get my little hopes up, and then nothing☹️ I’m not sure what to do now bc got it as a gift in January and I’m not too sure about the warranty so idk if it’s trashed or what

I have been on live chat with them, I only purchased mine in July and as far as I have read and come across there is a one year warranty so you may be in luck. I went to their website directly and dealt with it through live chat. Been emailing them, mine is being replaced. So i suggest trying live chat, explain what you've done etc. They asked me if I changed the clock face, let it die etc. I am still covered under warranty.

Sweet, this helped me out! Just did that live chat too, sucks about the issue we’re having but I’m happy I wasn’t the only one it happened to!

It’s under support, the options are to live chat or call a 1-800 number or email them

This just happened to me today. My touchscreen stopped working. They asked me to restore factory settings, didn’t work. Now my screen is black but the left button is working. Sigh, I’m hoping they’ll replace it.
