Versa lite had the wrong time

i tried restarting by following the instructions and it will not restart... what do I do to get it working..

Which instructions did you use @JuneYk?

Did you go through the settings menu or put the Versa light in its powered up charger and hold on the button? 

 

However a restart is simply that and will not affect the time displayed. To change the time, the first step is to sync the tracker. If the time doesn't change then we want to check the time zone setting.
