Bought versa lite for my mentally challenged sister so the account is linked to my cell phone. When she is away from me for more than a day the versa lite is not recognized by the account and I have to set it up as a new device again. Does the versa lite still work if it can't sync regularly? Is there a different solution?

Hi @Kfrushon That sounds really weird (and annoying!). The watch should still work if it doesnt sync regularly, but there is somethjng not right if you are having to set up every time you want to sync. Do you have another Fitbit of your own on that account? Do you have another fit it on a separate account? If so what fitbit is it? And also what phone are you using?
