Versa lite edition battery and charging problem

Hi I have had my Fitbit for only 3 months and for the last few days it has not been holding its charge it used to last me 10 to 15 days on a fill charge now doesn’t take a charging points. I have read the other comments on this particular issue and have tried the reboot/switching off to help the battery? 

This shouldn't be happening with this only when it’s 3 months old.. can someone please help me with this .. 

 this is one year warranty period. 

Is this replacement 

Or is this manufacturing

Hi, since you've already performed the restarting procedure without any luck, call Customer Support and ask for a battery test. Regards kuzibri
