I've tried using theethe app on my fitbit today and it instantly crashes. There was an article on this issue a while back but the fix for it says to 'clear data' from my phone setting, I don't have the option to do that there is only 'force stop' which I have tried, is there any other way to resolve the problem?

I am having this same issue. I've followed the clear data instructions, restarted the phone several times and have scoured fitbit.com and the internet and have found no fix.
