For about the last 3 weeks my Versa lite has been frozen. I cannot swipe to any of the screens and now it has started restarting itself. I have restarted it and shut it down 20 time a day with no result. Is this the result of an update gone wrong? If so, when will this be resolved. Also thenscreen seems to flicker. This device is about 4 months old. If not, any suggestions? Also, whatever is going on with it is destroying my battery life. Going thru 50% a day. Syncing to a Samsung Galaxy S10+.Currently running version 38.68.9.15
