My verse lite blackout at but came back on. I power and turn it back on but never came back on. Place on the charger still nothing. It vibrates and the back flashes green light but the screen black.
My Versa watch went from a light, streaked lines of color to completely black and has not come back on in two days. I tried to restart it and placed it on the charger with no change.
Mine is only a few months old and having the same issues. Completely white screen. Frustrated to say the least. I’ve tried charging it, resetting it. Nothing has helped.
Contact customers care and tell them what's going on with you watch. If it is still under warranty they will send you a replace at no charge. Mine was doing the same thing and I contacted them and then asked a couple of questions and send me a replace in the mail about a week later
