Versa lite has lost ability to sync hourly / live information

On top of the heart rate monitor no longer working, my versa lite no longer tracks information live. By that I mean that while I can see my steps for the day, when I go to see the progress over the day (the bar chart by the 15 minute interval) it says simply “no measurements”. All other functionality that relies on this type of information sync is not working: hourly step goals, sleep movement tracking (HR broken for some reason), km breakdown throughout the day. My watch seems to be tracking it though because it reads as “5 active hours today”. I have tried disconnecting and forgetting the watch, and a restart.

Hi @Taylormmorris,

 

This may be a hard pill to swallow, but have you tried a Factory Reset?  Just hold the side button down for 15 seconds (I believe) and it should prompt you to add it back into your account on the app.

Yes, i’ve tried every reset I could find online.
